With 20 years’ experience in banking across lending, investment analysis, counterparty risk, and large-scale change programmes, I could not be more excited to bring my skillset to the SME sector.
I founded Centra because I love solving problems and I’m good at it. Time and again, I saw capable small businesses with real potential being held back by financial blind spots and operational inefficiencies. While many advisors simply tell you what’s wrong, we dive in and help you fix it.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Commerce (majoring in Management) and a Master’s degree in Finance and bring a practical, quantitative mindset to Centra - my dream is to help as many business owners create hands off businesses, allowing them to focus more on what they want; whether that's working on the business - rather than in the business - or freeing up time to do other things.
my most valuable lessons have come from sitting across the table from business owners as a lender, and from the hard-earned experience of building my own company. Negotiating with suppliers, managing cash flow, and making tough calls with imperfect information taught me realities that no textbook or corporate role ever could.
And when I take on a client, I’m fully committed to delivering real solutions and not just another report that ends up gathering dust.
Outside of Centra, you will find me launching my own business, a physical product company - karusgolf.com - on the golf course, in the gym, or supporting Tottenham Hotspur and the Phoenix Suns.
